The forecast was for heavy rain over the weekend, however, it turned out to be one of the best days ever after summer.I've spent the weekend with my wife  in a brilliant B&B called Reepham House in Lyndhurst where Joyce & David were perfect hosts. The event: New forest sportive Saturday 5th October 2013,I've sorted the last adjustments on my Cannondale CAAD10 105 and drove to the new park area, only 3 miles away from my B&B.The course was amazing, the staff and entire setup absolutely flawless. We had to stop along the route a few times due to heavy traffic, but hold on, wasn't for the cars, but for horses, ponies,Pigs and cows crossing the road which has made the day even more enjoyable!66 miles mainly flat course and absolutely amazing!  Fully understand now why this event is so popular!3000 riders over the weekend!Thumbs up!
