Quite right Andy. Best be safe than sorry. My legs are in the sun for 10 months a year, so don't lose much colour. Started using cream on my face now it's getting warmer over here in Murcia. Forecast is 28C next week. Sorry, but someone has to suffer it! Check out our area of the Mar Menor if you fancy a change from Mallorca. Great area for cycling. Plus I only lose a few days a year to the weather. It's mainly high winds that stop me going out.

Hey Robert. Those are my legs you're talking about! In my defence, I was the only one in the photo whose legs are in the sun so I blame the "over exposure" on that...

I always go for factor 50+. Seems to work as even after 4 - 6 hrs in the sun, no burn at all and I do tan eventually ;-)
