Shoulda bought a Wiggle MR! Jus' sayin'..... You will no doubt be thrilled to hear Vesuvius, my saddle boil, gets lanced by the delicious Doctor Odd at 9.30 next Thursday! Ain't cycling wonderful....

Only now, in 2017, have I bought a bike with any kind of internal cabling; what a thrusting pioneer of technology I am.

About ten years ago, obviously in anticipation of my recent purchase, a friend passed on a tip about it.  He said never to remove both inner and outer at the same time as each will act as a guide for the other.

Apart from that, you're on your own MR.
