Angry at reading ill-formed opinion and rampant rumour about Froome's Giro, I turned to YouTube and watched a bamboo bike being built. Great

Missed you guys :) I'll stick to my full carbon CR-1 and yes, I do think Froome is clean even if he is surrounded by bell-ends!

I'm a big fan of modern aluminium frames and to prove the point I've got two.  But my heart really belongs to my steel Genesis, with its blingy Campag groupset and leather bar tape.  The old ways are sometimes hard to beat ......

I'd be highly surprised if there's any jiggery-pokery currently going on at Team Sky.  They have a new owner to impress if they want to hang on to that huge Sky sponsorship, and any more bad publicity would surely put that in jeopardy.

Garlic?  Don't mention the filthy stuff, I hate it more than Conti' tyres.  Cowlease Hill, out of Shanklin, is alive with the wild variety in spring and the whole area stinks like a French flophouse kitchen, which as we all know, is not a good thing.

Come the Glorious Day, MtB, all velocopedes will be made of God's Own material - Aluminium! Do you think Chris and Team Jiffy Bag are clean at this year's Giro? Genuine question. PS, you should see how well the Wild Garlic is doing at the King Charles pub in Kings Worthy.....
