'Cross is hard, so hard I've never done it, at least not in competition.  Even watching it is tricky, what with the beer to be drunk and the burgers to be ingested.  Honestly, non-cyclists have no idea what we put up with in the name of sport.

A happy new year to you Dave and anyone else who has strayed onto the site, possibly thinking it was a dead relic from a long lost civilisation.
